Mission Statement 

Advancing Digital Knowledge for National Development
 

Vietnam-ISAC is an initiative dedicated to supporting Vietnam's National Digital Transformation Program by expanding accessible learning opportunities and promoting open knowledge sharing for all.
 

Our Purpose

We provide free educational resources, workshops, and publications designed to build digital capacity across every sector of Vietnamese society. Our mission includes ensuring that students and adults from all backgrounds—whether from Tier 3 schools or Tier 1 institutions—have equitable access to top-tier, free English, entrepreneurial, and community-service lectures that support lifelong learning and national development.
 

Our work focuses on strengthening the three pillars of national digital transformation:

Digital Government – Sharing knowledge on modern governance, innovation, and public-service delivery

Digital Economy – Providing education on technology industries, digital business practices, and entrepreneurship

Digital Society – Building digital literacy, essential skills, and community empowerment across all regions

Education for All Ages

We believe in empowering current and future generations through comprehensive digital programs for middle schools, high schools, and universities.
 

Community Partnerships

We collaborate with established community organizations to ensure our educational programs reach all segments of society.
 

Knowledge Sharing

Through lectures, workshops, and publications, we make digital knowledge accessible to those working toward Vietnam's national goals of achieving 30% digital economy by 2030 and 50% by 2045.
 

Multi-Sector Engagement

We work alongside both public and private sector partners to support the development of IT industry, industrial digitization, digital administration, and digital data capabilities.
